Belmont Citizens Forum Events

We sponsor informative meetings on issues related to our mission: historic preservation in our town; matters affecting our environment, preservation and management of open space; and traffic and transportation issues. Events are announced in our Newsletter, the local media, and our web site.

Saturday, September 26, 10 AM - 1 PM.

Join the Belmont Citizens Forum and Waltham Land Trust for a guided historical and birding walk (rain or shine) through Beaver Brook North Reservation, formerly the Metropolitan State Hospital land. Pot luck picnic to celebrate the 10-year anniversaries of both these community organizations follows. Meet at Elsie Turner Field, 381 Trapelo Road in Waltham, across the street from the National Archives. The walk will begin on the trail at the Elsie Turner Field parking lot.
